2. Data we collect
We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide to us through the contact and newsletter subscription forms on this website:
- Contact form: name, company (optional), email address, service of interest and message.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit duration, collected via analytics cookies only if you have given your consent.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, ideology, racial origin, etc.).

4. Data retention
Data provided through the contact form will be retained for as long as necessary to manage your request and, once the relationship has ended, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (generally 5 years for civil obligations and 4 years for tax obligations).
Newsletter subscription data will be retained until you withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with the subject "Unsubscribe".
5. Data recipients
Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. For the provision of our services, we use the following providers acting as data processors:
- Resend Inc. — transactional email sending service. Privacy policy available at resend.com.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — website and database hosting, with servers located in the European Union or with adequate international transfer safeguards.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or countries with a recognised adequate level of protection).
